Seven people were shot, including a baby, on Saturday night during a barbecue in Philadelphia's Mantua section, police said. The gunfire took place about 9:30 p.m. near 41st and Ogden Streets in the 16th Police District, authorities said. Neighbors said they heard a lot of gunfire in what by some accounts appeared to be a drive-by shooting. In initial accounts, police said they were looking for a gold Buick. Tracy Stewart, who lives on 41st Street across the street from the shooting scene, said she and her husband, Martin, assisted the 18-month-old who had been wounded in the neck.
