Gov.-elect Tom Wolf added to his cabinet Saturday, choosing Ted Dallas, currently the secretary of the Maryland Department of Human Resources, to be his secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. His transition team said that Wolf had named Dallas and three other top officials. Announcements on cabinets heads for the Department of Education and the Department of Labor and Industry are expected Monday.
